Third Eye Muay Thai app support

The Third Eye Muay Thai app provides the gym timetable, published announcements and class cancellations, gym information and optional alerts. Members do not need an account. Staff administration is restricted to authorised staff.

Class alerts

Enable class alerts in the app and allow notifications when your iPhone asks. Alerts can be delayed or prevented by internet connectivity, device settings or notification services. Check the app for the latest published information.

To withdraw from alerts, open Gym → Class alerts and choose Turn off alerts and delete registration. The app requests deletion of that installation's active registration. If the connection fails, the request remains pending until it can be completed. Messages already in transit may still arrive. This does not erase retained delivery/audit history or provider backups.

Turning off notification display in iPhone Settings alone does not send a deletion request to the gym's backend. Uninstalling is not a guaranteed deletion request.

Information not refreshing

Check your internet connection, reopen the app and pull down to refresh. If refresh fails, previously loaded information may appear with a warning that it may be out of date.

Contacting support

Tell us which screen or action caused the problem, approximately when it happened, and your app version and iPhone model if known. A screenshot with private information removed can help. Never email passwords, authenticator codes, installation secrets or full push tokens. Do not include payment or health information in an app-support request.
