FUNDAMENTALS OF MUAY THAI: DEVELOPING SOLID FOUNDATIONS FROM THE START.
It doesn't matter who you are, your background or your experience. Everyone is welcome at our intro to Muay Thai classes.
This is where you gain the basic foundation and skills required to begin the journey towards achieving your goals.
Beginner classes are one-hour long and as with all classes you'll begin with a warmup including skipping, stretching, mobility and other specific exercises like knee's, push kicks and core stability exercises.
After your muscles are warm and loose, your trainer will run through a variety of technical drills providing instructions on correct technique so that you get the most out of your session.
The use of Thai pads and heavy bags allow for lots of fun punching, kicking, kneeing and elbowing in various combinations without the risk of injury.
