To start with all you will need is water, loose fitting clothing and a towel.

As you get more serious you will need:

Don't have any gear, but want to get started?

Just come along with your loose fittng clothes, towel and a drink bottle. You are more than welcome to borrow some gloves and shin pads when you come in for your first session.
