Working the heavy bags (boxing bags) is regarded as one of the toughest phases of fight training.

The Third Eye Muay Thai heavy bag circuit has been inspired by the infamous Heng Kuai Fighting Arts bag circuit consisting of 10 rounds each round focusing on a basic Muay Thai technique which is repeated to the best of your ability for a duration of three minutes with a one-minute rest between rounds.

Those looking to push their fitness even further also have the option of doing specific body weight exercises during the round breaks.

The Heavy Bag Circuit does not require any experience and is a great option for those looking to train hard Individually without having to worry about the technical side of doing partner work. The Heavy Bag Fitness circuit will fast track your stamina, technique, power, focus, strength and shred heaps those unwanted kilos.

Working the bags also allows you to work at you own pace although any motivation you need to train harder will be right on call by taking a quick look at the people next to you pushing the tempo.
